Hotel Terms & Conditions

All bookings for the Char Dham Budget Tour Package from Haridwar must be confirmed with a deposit. Final confirmation will be sent after the payment is processed.

Please carefully read all email/ Whatsapp chats/ Calls correspondence to fully understand the contents and pricing. Once a booking is made, all email conversations will become part of your contract with us.

• Kedarnath Accommodation: Due to the high altitude in Kedarnath, deluxe facilities are not available. Accommodations will typically consist of a basic bed system.
• ID Proof Requirement: As per the Government of India directives, all Indian and Foreign Nationals must provide valid identification upon check-in. Acceptable forms of ID include a Passport (along with Visa for foreign nationals), Voter ID card, Driver’s License, or Aadhaar Card. All identification must include a photograph. Hotels, camps, or any form of accommodation may deny your stay if valid ID proof is not provided. The company is not responsible for issues arising due to ID proof.
• Check-in and Check-out Times: Check-in time for the Char Dham Budget Tour Package from Haridwar hotels is 12:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
• Meal Plans: If meals are included in your package, they will be served as a buffet or fixed menu. Any additional items beyond the buffet/fixed menu will incur extra charges at the time of consumption. Hotels decide the menu options. In cases of low occupancy, some hotels may offer a meal credit policy instead of a buffet or fixed menu. The meal credit amount is determined by hotel management, and if your bill exceeds the credit, the extra amount must be paid directly to the hotel. Room service or food packaging often incurs extra charges. In Chardham, North Indian cuisine is typically offered, and most standard and deluxe hotels provide a thali if meals are included in your package.
• Meal Timings: Breakfast is generally served from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM, and dinner from 07:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is recommended to confirm meal timings with the hotel directly.
• Extra Bed Policy: For extra beds in double-sharing rooms, many hotels provide a rollaway bed, while others may only offer an extra mattress. If you are uncomfortable with a mattress instead of a bed, please inform us in advance.
• Facilities in Hill Areas/Chardham: Many hotels in the Chardham region do not have air conditioning, so if AC is essential, please confirm this with the company before booking. Lift facilities and power backup are not available in most Chardham hotels. Wi-Fi and room heaters are usually chargeable, but Wi-Fi connectivity in Chardham is often unreliable due to network issues.
• Hotel Quality in Chardham:
• Most hotels in Chardham do not operate year-round, so the level of service and room quality may not be comparable to hotels in Haridwar or Rishikesh, even at the same price point. During peak seasons (May-June), budget and standard hotels in Chardham may be more expensive than deluxe hotels in Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Delhi. To secure good-quality hotels with positive reviews, it is recommended to book at least three months in advance for May-June and 1-2 months in advance for the October-November season.
• Kedarnath Accommodations: In Kedarnath, only basic dharamshala or budget hotel facilities are available, even if you have booked a luxury package. Deluxe rooms are not available in Kedarnath.

Vehicle Terms & Conditions:

• AC Usage in Hill Areas: AC will not operate in hill areas or while the vehicle is stopped/parked. Hill areas start from Dehradun and Rishikesh, and beyond these points, AC will not function. If you require AC in the hills during your road journey, the additional rates per day are: Indigo/Dzire/Etios: ₹300/day, Innova/Tavera/Bolero: ₹400/day,
  Tempo Traveler (12-seater): ₹500/day.
• Sightseeing and Itinerary: The vehicle is permitted for sightseeing points on the route and within city limits, as per the itinerary. For additional, off-route, or substitute sightseeing, kindly contact the company. Refunds are not available if a specific sightseeing point is not covered. For excursions or added sightseeing, inform the company in advance rather than the driver.
• Note: Some places on the Chardham route, like Trijuginarayan, Lakhamandal, Auli, Kalimath, Neelkanth Mahadev, Adi Badri, and Bhavishya Badri, are not on the main route. Contact the company to include these, not the driver.
• Vehicle Breakdown: In the event of a vehicle breakdown, we will arrange a replacement vehicle as soon as possible for major issues. For minor problems, the vehicle will be repaired promptly. Please cooperate during these situations.
• Delays & Alterations: We are not responsible for delays, alterations, or expenses incurred due to natural hazards, flight cancellations, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, weather, sickness, landslides, political unrest, or similar incidents.
• Driver Cooperation: If the driver is uncooperative, please contact the company immediately. Drivers will not drive in no-entry zones or narrow streets that could cause traffic jams. Drivers are available for up to 12 hours a day. If you need services beyond 12 hours, inform us in advance.
• Safety Regulations: Driving on hill roads after sunset and playing music may be prohibited due to safety risks. Please cooperate with these restrictions.
• Pickup and Drop-off Points: Pickup and drop-off will be from a single location. If multiple pickups or drop-offs are required, please mention this in email/ whatsapp chats communication before booking.
• Multiple Visits & Parking Charges: If you wish to visit the same location multiple times, inform us in advance, as some places have high parking charges.
• Route & Destination Changes: The tour route or destination cannot be changed without prior notice. Amended routes or destinations may incur additional charges.
• Rate Adjustments: Rates are subject to change based on fuel price fluctuations. If fuel prices increase by more than 5% after booking, the rate will be adjusted accordingly, even if previously confirmed.
• Vehicle Substitution: If the vehicle you booked is unavailable, the company reserves the right to provide a similar vehicle.
• No-Entry Zones & Time Restrictions: At many tourist destinations or hill stations, certain roads, shopping markets, or mall roads may have "No Entry" for certain tourist vehicles, depending on the destination and time restrictions. In such cases, guests must arrange alternate transport at an additional cost, which is not included in the package.
• Parking at Sightseeing Spots: Sometimes parking areas are far from sightseeing spots. Guests are responsible for reaching the parking area at their own expense.
• Refunds & Cancellations: No refunds will be provided for shortened stays or unused facilities. No cancellations or refunds will be made for situations beyond our control, including but not limited to bad weather, landslides, natural disasters, government actions, roadblocks, heavy snowfall, strikes, political unrest, or transport issues that prevent the customer from reaching the destination.
• Liability: The company is not responsible for accidents, injuries, death, or theft of person or property during the tour.
• Service Cancellation: The company reserves the right to cancel any service without refund if full payment is not received in advance and accepted by the company.
• Legal Jurisdiction: The company disclaims any implied warranties under the laws of jurisdictions outside India. The jurisdiction for any disputes will be limited to the courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
